central location easy check rude staff room cleaning

the location was very central. it was easy to reach everything by foot. the room i had was big and relatively clean. the check in was also easy and the code was provided on time

the staff was terribly rude! we emailed them the day before to ask about dropping off our luggage, but did not receive a response at all. apply, twice.

Amazing stay!

warm room clean room luggage storage

I liked the room. It was warm and CLEAN, and they offered shampoo. The shower was spacious, and the bed was cozy. Check-in was smooth, and there is a luggage storage room with security if you arrive early. The location of the rooms IS close to everything!

Some of the glassware was not cleaned well, though i expected to have at least two or three coffee capsules, because there was a coffee machine.

amazing central location!!!

central location super cleanliness easy check-in

this place is really good. the location is amazing. it was super clean and very comfortable. checking in and out was easy.

i found it hard to communicate with the hotel staff. i had a noise problem in my bathroom that really bothered me for the first three days. staff did not always answer the phone.

amazing location good size secure access

the location was amazing. i walked to many attractions. the room size was good. i felt secure because of the secure access system.

the room lacked sufficient kitchen utensils for preparing meals. the stove top was also small. it was hard to use both burners simultaneously with larger pots.

central location spacious room excellent wifi

The apartment had a central location close to attractions. The room had plenty of space I appreciate this detail. Excellent WIFI was available I could easily connect and work. The 24/7 security presence at reception.

The inductive hob in the kitchen didn't work it was a minor inconvenience.
